Before Track Day: 1. Hydrate yourself the day before Track Day & avoid alcohol the night before 2. Get a good night's sleep ....got to be alert & quick to respond out there At The Track before/after every run: 1. Hydrate 2. re-torque Lug Nuts 3. check fluids & radiator(last time u replaced thermostat?) 4. last lap cool down staying off brakes 4. stay-off brakes after Run & park on flat ground without e-brake(in case it sticks on you & ruins your day)
